Warranty Policy for Spectacle Lenses
CR Lenses : All Essilor CR Lenses carry a Warranty as follows:
1. If Antireflection Coating / Scratch Resistant Coating or Color Coating gets Peeled Off within 06 months of purchase under Normal Use, Affected Lens will be replaced. Accidental damage or Negligent Use will void the warranty.
Replacement Time: 14 to 21 Days.
No Warranty against Scratches.
No Warranty against Breakage.
Polycarbonate Lenses : All Essilor Polycarbonat Lenses a Warranty as follows:
1. If Antireflection Coating / Scratch Resistant Coating or Color Coating gets Peeled Off within 06 months of purchase under Normal Use, Affected Lens will be replaced. Accidental Damage or Negligent Use will void the Warranty.
Replacement Time : 14 to 21 Days
2A. If Polycarbonate ( Junior ) Lens gets broken within 06 months of purchase under Normal Use, Lens will be replaced. Accidental Damage or Negligent Use will void the warranty.
2B. If Polycarbonate ( Airwear ) Lens gets broken within 12 months of purchase under Normal Use, Affected Lens will be replaced. Accidental Damage or Negligent Use will void the warranty.
