Warranty policy for Contact Lenses:

1. If you have purchased Any Brand Monthly Disposable / Fortnighly Disposable or Daily Disposable Contact Lenses from our Website and the first pair of these lenses are not comfortable to you or do not give you Satisfactory Vision that you were getting from your previous same variety contact lenses, you can return the remaining lenses and Credit Note for full value of lenses will be given to you after deducting the Shipping & Delivery Charges. Refund will not be given. Using this Credit Note, you can buy any other Variety of Contact Lens, Brand of Contact Lens or even totally Different Product from our Website.

2. If you have purchased Any Brand Yearly Disposable Contact Lenses from our website, We will deliver you these lenses in the Original Packing from the manfacturing brand, If these lenses are not Comfotable or do not give you Satisfactory Vision within first 30 days, Send these lenses to us. We will forward them to the Manufacturing Brand & if some defect is found, these will be replaced. If these lenses are found O.K. by the manufacturing brand, it means that your eyes need something different than what you have ordered. in such case, you should visit any of our Stores in Gurgaon, our Competent Optometrist will suggest you Solution after testing your Eyes & Contact Lenses.

Time taken to check the lens by Manufacturing Brand : 21 to 30 Days from receipt of Product.
