A : All Frames upto MRP 3,000/- carry  a Warranty for 06 months from the date of purchase under normal use. Accidental damage & negligent use will void the warranty. Warranty covers following:

1. If any Joint ( Soldering ) of the Frame gets broken, Broken Part will be replaced. In case of Non Availability of part, whole frame will be replaced. In case of Non Availability of same frame, you will be issued Credit Note for the value of Frame with which, you can buy any other Frame of even any other product from our Website. You may not get the same model as models these days change very fast due to fashion.

Replacement Time : 7 to 14 Days.

2. If Outer Color Coat of the frame gets Peeled Off, affected part will be replaced. Inner, Upper & Lower side of frames Color are not covered under warranty. Color lost due to scratches is not covered under warranty. In case of Non Availability of part, whole new frame  will be replaced. In case of Non Availability of the Same Frame, Credit Note for Frame Value will be issued with which, you can buy any other Frame or even any other product from our Website. You may not get the same model as models these days change very fast due to Fashion.

Frames sold under Clearance Sale do not carry any warranty.
