- All goods displayed on the websites are non-binding and subject to change.
- The prices quoted don’t contain delivery and postal charges but are inclusive of VAT.
- No Replacement / Exchange will be entertained for Toric Contact Lenses and Open Box Contact Lenses.
- All offers and discounts mentioned in any promotional scheme on our website can be availed only on the website sropticals.com and is for web customers only.
- In case you received any damaged product, intimate us within 48 hrs, or else exchange/replacement cannot be entertained.
- Once you order for a product, you are bound to these terms and conditions.
- The customer has to use the Bonus Voucher collected against any Promotional Offer within 1 year from the date of issue.
- The Customer can exchange the products maximum once after purchase.
- All goods shall remain our property until all of yours contractual obligations towards us have been fulfilled.
- Against Order Cancellation, Credit Note will be issued which will be valid for One Year from the date of issue. Refund will not be given.
- If you ordered some product which was not in stock of S R Opticals & was to be procured from Supplier / Manufacturer of that product, & if this product is not available with them, you can either change the order or get refund against that ‘Order Cancellation due to Unavailability’.
- If you are returning some product because you changed your mind, Credit Note will be issued after deducting Delivery Charge of Rs. 100/- ( Trackon Courier ) or Rs. 200/- ( Blue Dart Courier )
- If you are returning some product due to manufacturing defect in it and same product is not available now, Credit Note will be issued without any deduction.
- Web Credit Note is valid only for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Customers will not be able to avail the web credit note after the stipulated period under any circumstances.
- Images of people, places, and/or products posted on this Site are either the property of the S R Opticals or the Brands of which S R Opticals is authorized representative.
- Depending on the availability, all products are dispatched as soon as possible. Should the desired product be not available with the Manufacturer/Supplier, we shall inform you for the same. In case you don’t want any other product, amount paid by you will be refunded without any deduction.
- Any changes in our Privacy Policy/Warranty Policy/Cancellation & Returns policy or Terms & Conditions shall be updated accordingly on our website.
