Founded by Late Mr. Sita Ram Chhabra in 1960 as a small scale industry for manufacturing powered glass Spectacle Lenses. Organisation is presently being managed by Mr. Kuldeep chhabra (Son of the founder) & Mr. Ujjwal Chhabra ( Grand son of Founder ).

Got registered Small Scale Industry in 1962.

Entered in Retailing of optical goods & Hearing Aids in 1966.

By 1776, it became Most Popular Optical Retail of Gurgaon due to its consistent quality. In 1983, son of late Mr. Sita Ram Chhabra joined the organization after taking professional qualification in Optometry from Medical College, Rohtak.

After this, organization grew tremendously in the fields of  Sight & Hearing Care clinical services using latest equipments & instruments.

In 2016, grand son of founder joined the Organisation after completing Graduation in Optometry from BVP,Pune & Post Graduation in Optometry from Amity University,Gurgaon.
